The job was top notch through and through, Michael Hendricks stayed with me all the way through the process and that saved me out of pocket expenses when the insurance company made it difficult, he smoothed it out. My only out-of-pocket expense was the deductible. The bid I received wasn't the cheapest, But cheap quality isn't good and good labor isn't cheap. This rang to be true for me. Because I was willing to take the higher bid I ended up with less out-of-pocket expenses. Now I have a quality roof that is a 30 year roof. But the immediate savings is also there because of not having any out-of-pocket expenses and I can't stress this enough. But having a professional installation like rose remodeling is also a savings over the long run when the storm blows and the wind beats against your roof you have peace of mind and a warranty that you know you can count on, And I feel that the warranty won't be needed because the quality is SO high. We hired Rose Remodeling to redo our master shower. Our overall experience was great! Jon checked out our existing shower, gave us our options and drafted our contract.
