Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Acrylic Bath Sales Representative based either in Sacramento or Concord, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting with potential customers, understanding their remodeling needs, presenting product options, and creating tailored solutions for their acrylic bath upgrades. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, provide clear communication about project timelines, and ensure excellent customer experiences from consultation through project completion. Collaboration with design and installation teams will also be part of daily responsibilities to ensure projects align with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer experiences
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to clearly present solutions and address customer inquiries
• Knowledge of home remodeling, particularly in acrylic bath systems, with the ability to provide appropriate recommendations
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in sales, remodeling, or a related field is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for documentation and scheduling purposes
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a professional setting
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales, design, or construction is a plus.

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality acrylic bathtubs and related fixtures, ensuring each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help homeowners enjoy beautiful, functional bathrooms that enhance their daily routines. Duties

• Measure, cut, and prepare acrylic panels and fixtures according to project specifications using hand tools and power tools.
• Install acrylic bathtubs, surrounds, and related fixtures with precision, ensuring proper sealing and caulking for water-tight finishes.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed installation instructions to accurately execute each project.
• Perform construction site inspections to verify safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the installation process.
• Coordinate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of installations while adhering to construction management best practices.
• Utilize construction estimating skills to assess materials needed and manage job site logistics effectively.
• Conduct restoration work or modifications as needed, including trimming, framing, or repairing existing structures for seamless integration of new installations.
• Operate heavy equipment or specialized tools when required for large or complex projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling tools, disposing of debris, and safeguarding work areas.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on plumbing, carpentry, or remodeling projects.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings related to bathroom installations.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, caulking guns, and other relevant equipment used in fixture installation.
• Knowledge of construction management principles and safety procedures on active job sites.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software or similar digital markup tools is a plus for reviewing plans and documentation.
• Experience with glass installation, fixture mounting, tile laying, flooring installation or masonry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, electrical wiring (where applicable), and building codes related to bathroom renovations.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery or equipment safely when necessary for large-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; able to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
