Mark Rose owner of Rose Remodeling was assigned to my situation when the temperatures were close to 60 degrees and with lots of snow and rain, I had ground water seeping into my basement which was not a "finished" basement. My computer was also in the basement. Mark came in and got everything under control with the water and although Mark was extremely busy, he was still very timely and efficient and explained the procedure very well and thoroughly. Mark was very professional and compassionate with the situation especially since I am a single mom and this was not covered by insurance.
